Welcome to the Tribe Gathering!
Who said black and white is boring?! Well this Aztec Party certainly wasn’t! We wanted to create a fun, grown up theme suitable for both boys and girls to play together.
Working as a partnership to organise this shoot Pitch Boutique and Ami Louisa Photography along with a team of fantastic suppliers styled this Aztec Tipi party setting.
Aztec by definition is an American Indian who was dominant in Mexico in the 16th century. We choose to work to a colour scheme of black, white, browns and cooper to pull the Aztec theming through the styling and kept the children predominantly wearing denim for a modern twist.
The capes and crowns provided by For Just One Day were the perfect addition to style our little models, pulling the Aztec theme into today’s trends.
Once Upon a Facepaints worked with some funky black and white patterns for the children for a fun alternative to your traditional face painting.
Lily Mae Designs created a bespoke Aztec range for this shoot, pulling together the colour scheme and themed fabrics for the cushions and bunting to tie the styling for the tipi together.
These scrummy tipi cookies were designed by Happiness Factor Cakes, it took so much strength for the little ones to not eat these straight away!
These furry friends joined the party from Nelly and Me Clothing, the perfect Aztec companions.
